1531Edward went to Wisconsin when a young man; m. Lisa or Elisa Ruston, who was born in England. It is said that her Great Grandfather and father put the first steel plate in an English Vessel. Edward was a paper maker and also a contractor. While showing some boys how to split rock, he had an eye blown out and part of his hand blown off. The rcok had a charge in it that he was not aware of.
