| Notes for Captain William Townsend LITTLEFIELD |
Captain William T. Littlefield [1811-1899]. His Account Book of the Sloop PIGEON HILL and Schooner CONSTITUTION is source material for the book STONE SLOOPS. He was the son of Captain Enoch and Mary Thompson Littlefield. He married Susan H. Ross. His house is in the Massachusetts Colony--the Misses Trappan house.
