| OBITUARY appearing in Portland, Maine papers: PAUL S. HOPKINS- salesman for Cushman Baking Co. GRAY--Paul S. Hopkins, 86, of Hoppy Landing, Little Sebago Lake, died Sunday , April 28, 1996, at his home. He was born in Gardiner, son of Archie S. and Clara Maude Symonds Hopkins, was a 1927 graduate of Deering High School, Portland, and a 1929 graduate of the former Maine School of Commerce. For 31 years Mr. Hopkins was a salesman for Cushman Baking Co., and worked 15 years for Magnus Chemical, a division of Economics Lab. He was a former member of Corner Stone Masonic Lodge and transferred his membership to Presumpscot Lodge, Windham. He was a member of the American Radio Relay League and signed off with his amateur radio license number, W1SPJ. In Bradenton, Fla., he was a member of the Quarter Century Relay League and Golf Lakes Square Club. He enjoyed brown trout fishing on Little Sebago Lake, golfing in Florida and the Red Sox spring training games, which he attended for the past 22 years in Bradenton. Mr. Hopkins moved here 22 years ago from Portland. A son, David S., died in January. Surviving are his wife of 63 years, Gladys Dyer Hopkins; a daughter Carol Ann Larreau of Clarkston, Wash.; five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. A private service will be held. Arrangements are by Dolby Funeral Chapel, Windham. HOPKINS-In Gray, April 28, Paul S. Hopkins of Hoppy Landing, Little Sebago Lake, Gray.
