| "Records of the Quint Family of Maine and New Hampshire" compiled by Marion L. Dunn - available at the Maine Historical Society. (possibly the son of Thomas Quint mentioned in tax records of Greenland, NH in 1648) from Newington, NH John is credited with building the Newington Meeting House, the oldest congregational church in continuous use in the United States.
