| Dr. Weymouth graduated from Kingfield (ME) High School, University of Maine, and Tufts College of Medicine and served in the Navy of World War 1. For 13 years he was a Doctor and Surgeon at Hopedale, MA on the visiting surgical staff of Milford Hospital. For seven years, Selectman at Hopedale and Medical Examiner for Massachusetts. Moved to Maine and was appointed by the Governor of Maine to the Maine Board of Registration of Selective Service. He was for eleven years Medical Examiner for Franklin County draft board and a member of the Memorial Hospital staff 1932 to 1960 when he retired after 42 years as Doctor of Medicine. Member of the Old South Congregational Church and also the Masonic Blue Lodge, the Scottish and York rites, Aleppo Temple, Mystic Shrine. Member of the Franklin County Medical Society, the Maine Medical Society and served two 3 year terms as councilor to the Maine Medical Association. |
