Mary had Mary, b. 12 Aug. 1641; Sarah, 3 or 6 Feb. 1643; Amos; Rebecca, 30 Dec. 1647; John, 20 or 28 Mar. 1649; Susanna, 30 Sept. 1651; Daniel, 2 Sept. 1653; and Mercy, perhaps, tho. town rec. says Mary, 3 June 1656. He was freem. 1646, took sec. w. 17 Aug. 1659, Eliz. of Thomas Hammond the first of Cambridge, had George, 11Sept. 1660; and Thomas, 15 Sept. 1662; Eliz. 8 May 1664; Nathaniel, 28 May 1668; and Sarah, 3 Oct. 1675; and d. 31 May 1676. !RESIDENCE: per p 50 of Land, Grants and Possessions Book; George had an Homestall of 6 acres bounded the west w/the highway, the east w/Edward How and Richard Woodward, the north w/Richard Benjamin and the south w/Edmond Blois bought of Edward How; info obtained from Frederick H. Kunchick, Jr; 12685 SE 30th Ct, Belleview, FL 34420. Also, per "WOODWARD DESCENDANTS," Boston City records for 12 Jun 1637, contains an entry with the following information: "Geroge Woodward, sopeboyler (soalboiler?), was found a delinquent for an unlawful entry upon some of the town's ground and for digging holes and annoying the highway with stinking fish to forfeitures of L3-4s-8d." It further says he was a resident of Watertown by 1641 and had started a family by that date. He was the "homestall" or proprietor of ten acres on Lexington St, on the east side between Main St and Orchard St, on which land he resided for the remainder of his life and on which land his widow and family would reside for quite some time after his death.
