| Notes for Jabin BOSWORTH |
Information on this family came, initially, from Ann Roshon, 3584 Riley Road, Johnstown, OH 43031: 24 July 1993. Jabin Bosworth is the Revolutionary ancestor of both Ann Roshon and Walter McNamee. AFN: 172X-2W (LDS Ordinances: Bapt., 16 Apr 1932; Endowed, 21 Feb 1934 LG; Sealed to Parents, 15 Sep 1976 AZ; Sealed to Spouse, 20 Feb 1969 LD)
Jabin was a soldier in the Revolution and was entitled to 500 acres of land
in NY, but never seems to have claimed it, perhaps because he was a miller. He owned a gristmill in Whitehall, NY where he died about 1792. His widow later married Eliada Orton and moved to Fair Haven, VT. |
| Notes for Luna (Spouse 1) |
| AFN: 172X-33 Marriage of Luna West and Jabin Bozworth is found in Goshen Church records. |
