Joshua Perkins was an officer in the American Revolution. He died intestate and Luke Perkins was named administrator. On 14 March 1800 Joshua Perkins sold property formerly of his father Joshua Perkins of Carver, deceased; on 7 April 1802 Samson and Luke Perkins divided their legacy of their father Joshua.
