| 277Walter was probably born in Webster, ME. All the records in the area are from Lisbon Falls, so it is sometimes confusing. He died in Readfield on his way to Minot, ME where he was buried in 1837. Records says he was in the Army listed as a Corporal in 1806. Some records say he moved to Corinna when his son William H. Weymouth was two years old. This would be 1817 where he bought a tract of uncleared land and with much hard work made an excellent farm. Here he lived until his death. The 1810 Census lists him in Wales which was split in 1804 and parts of Wales became Monmouth, ME. |
